Our goal is to ensure organizations can scale seamlessly while staying financially sound and legally compliant.______________Job Summary:We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented BBA or B.Com graduates to join our FACTOps team in Sri City. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and compliance.______________Key Responsibilities:• Support company formation and registration, including documentation and statutory filings• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)• Prepare and file various tax returns and financial reports• Coordinate with clients to resolve queries related to accounts or documentation• Assist in process improvements, documentation, and data management• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory changes______________Qualifications & Skills:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) – mandatory• Strong grasp of basic accounting and compliance principles• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management• Good verbal and written communication skills in English• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment• Willingness to be based at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh______________

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
