Job Summary:

The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring proper maintenance, safety, and smooth functioning of all infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and vendor management. The role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.

2. Monitor building infrastructure such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil repairs.

3. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with internal teams and external vendors.

4. Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance, and company policies.

5. Maintain checklists, daily reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.

6. Monitor stock levels, facility consumables, and ensure timely replenishment.

7. Support office administration activities (seating arrangement, shifting, furniture setup, etc.).

8. Ensure timely resolution of facility-related complaints and service requests.

9. Conduct facility inspections and identify areas for improvement.

9. Manage budgets related to facility operations and cost control.

10.Coordinate with management for any facility upgradation or repair work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
