As an Operations Manager at Oh Stayz Pvt Ltd, you will be an integral part of our fast-growing brand in the premium holiday home space. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless and safe experience of our guests across multiple curated private stays in Kerala and Bangalore. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or facilities oversight, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. Your role will involve leading on-ground teams, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and caretaker services, and maintaining operational excellence at all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of multiple properties to ensure guest readiness and smooth functioning. - Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and caretaker teams across locations. - Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards. - Handle on-ground issues, emergency maintenance, and service recovery effectively. - Track inventory, linen, consumables, and property supplies efficiently. - Implement SOPs, checklists, and reporting systems to streamline operations. - Collaborate with guest support, sales, and acquisition teams for coordinated operations. - Maintain strong documentation of tasks, vendor coordination, and team schedules. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operations management within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities in field situations. - Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure. - Good understanding of hospitality service expectations and basic technical maintenance. - Willingness to travel locally and manage properties in different locations. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
