The Facility Manager will be responsible for designing, structuring, and streamlining operations across all Spacez properties. This role focuses on building strong operational systems, ensuring consistency in execution, and driving efficiency across maintenance, housekeeping, vendor management, and overall facility operations. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of SOPs, planning, and timelines, ensuring all properties operate with high standards and clear processes.
What will you be doing at Spacez
- SOP & Process Development: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all facility and property operations. Build structured processes to streamline day-to-day operations across properties. Continuously improve systems for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Annual Planning & Scheduling: Create and manage yearly operational and maintenance calendars. Define clear timelines for all activities across properties. Plan and schedule: Preventive maintenance Annual deep cleaning cycles Weekly and periodic cleaning (carpets, curtains, chimney, etc.) Ensure timely execution through structured tracking systems.
- Vendor Management & Cost Control Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for maintenance and services. Standardize vendor pricing and cost structures. Track vendor performance and ensure accountability. Coordinate vendor payments with finance teams.
- Inventory & Asset Management Design systems for stock and inventory tracking across properties. Plan procurement cycles and ensure availability of required materials. Track maintenance and servicing of assets including AC units and equipment.
- Operations Structuring Build and streamline workflows between operations teams, caretakers, and vendors. Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions. Standardize processes to ensure smooth execution across all properties.
- Quality Control & Standards Develop checklists and frameworks for property readiness and quality standards. Ensure consistency in cleaning standards, property presentation, and branding elements (posters, visuals, etc.).
- Reporting & Tracking Develop structured reporting formats and dashboards. Track execution of schedules, maintenance, and compliance. Share regular insights and improvement plans with management.
- Team Enablement Support development of training frameworks for caretakers and operations teams. Create guidelines to improve performance consistency across properties.
What are your job requirements at Spacez
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or process-driven roles.
- Strong ability to build and implement systems, SOPs, and workflows.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and execution focus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and tracking systems.
Good to have
- Experience in hospitality, villa management, or multi-property operations.
- Prior experience in operations strategy or process-building roles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
