Role Overview: As a senior-level Facility Management professional at Sudarshan India Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of facilities to ensure efficient systems that meet the highest safety and compliance standards. Your role will involve managing daily operations, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating contracts, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws, evaluating performance metrics, conducting safety inspections, and developing sustainability plans. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations of facility maintenance, ensuring efficient operation of equipment and systems. - Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for LT panels, lifts, and DG transformers. - Coordinate with the procurement team to manage contracts and negotiate terms for facility-related service agreements. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental laws and company policies within the facilities. - Evaluate and report on facility management performance metrics to identify improvement areas. - Collaborate with safety teams to conduct routine safety inspections and drills as per compliance standards. - Develop and implement plans for energy and waste management to enhance sustainability measures. - Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate efforts to address issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in managing and maintaining facilities within a chemical manufacturing or comparable industry environment. - Proficiency in building management knowledge with a focus on LT panel systems. - Strong expertise in lift maintenance protocols and practices. - Hands-on experience with DG transformers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. - Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, securing advantageous terms and managing vendor relationships effectively. - Ability to implement lean facility management techniques to optimize resources and reduce waste in facility operations. - Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance to create secure work environments. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,
