Job Title: Facility Executive (Soft Service)

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000/- (Net Take Home)

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Operations Manager

ob Summary:

The Executive – Operations (Soft Services) will be responsible for supervising and managing soft services such as housekeeping, pantry, landscaping, pest control, and waste management at client locations. The role ensures service quality, manpower efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily soft service operations and housekeeping activities.
• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained as per company and client standards.
• Manage and monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for consumables, equipment, and maintenance needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain checklists for quality control.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to the Facility Manager.
• Handle client queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain manpower deployment sheets and duty rosters.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all sites.
• Support in training and motivating the housekeeping team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in facility management or soft services operations.
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and service standards.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to handle multiple client sites.
