Worst company for any decent person. They will make you work for extra hours without even pay. The TL and Assistant manager are both preferring female employees. Don't have a proper cab facility. Still don't understand why they don't have a proper POSH policy as TL just keep being over friendly towards female teammates

Hi All, I have applied for MIS profile in Facile as mentioned in the career site but at time of interview they are asking for SQL which is not mentioned in career site. This is very bad thing for the candidate who is lives out of City .

Very poor HR analysis. They don't even see the documents properly before offering the package. And when we try to make them understand they just blame upper management. They Can't read a profile only in first place how anyone can believe on such recruiters.
