The ideal candidate for this position should be fluent in English and possess a proven track record in digital marketing. You should have strategic digital acumen and the ability to execute flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of digital channels such as the website, email, and social media, including online content distribution and social listening. You will be tasked with planning digital media campaigns, including web SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. It will be crucial for you to guard the brand guidelines, identity, and usage in the social media space across various mediums. Additionally, you will need to develop consumer marketing strategies to establish our brand successfully, focusing on digital awareness, growth, and loyalty. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for consumer insights to create best-in-class digital campaigns. You should be able to execute all facets of the digital marketing strategy, from paid media to social engagement to launch activations. Experience in content marketing strategies, particularly in storytelling campaigns, will be essential. You will drive organic consumer acquisitions via SEO and SEM programs and conduct digital audience understanding and profiling exercises. Evaluating, developing, managing, testing, and implementing Ecommerce initiatives will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing. An analytical and data-oriented marketing focus is necessary to drive results. Hands-on digital expertise in SEO, SEM, Social, and Organic Marketing programs is required. Exposure and understanding of the content business will be an advantage.
