Facebook Ad Executive || E-commerce

Wehit, a specialist boutique firm based in Noida, is seeking a candidate for the role of Performance Marketing Executive. As a Performance Marketing Executive at Wehit, you will be responsible for running and managing ad campaigns specifically for E-commerce brands with a focus on Direct sales. Your role will involve creating and managing Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns under guidance, analyzing and optimizing ad performance to improve results, and targeting the right audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing. The position is based in Noida-63, and the working days are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays working. The working hours are from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. The salary offered for this position ranges from 2.16 LPA to 3.60 LPA. Key Responsibilities: - Run and manage ad campaigns specifically for E-commerce brands with a focus on Direct sales. - Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns under guidance. - Analyze and optimize ad performance to improve results. - Target the right audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. - Track ad performance and analyze key metrics. - Communicate with team members and provide reports on campaign performance. - Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives. Required Skill Set: - Strong Knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads and campaign setup. - Understanding of sales-focused ad strategies for e-commerce. - Familiarity with audience targeting and segmentation. - Eye for creative design and working with design teams. - Willingness to analyze ad performance and optimize. - Strong budget allocation knowledge. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Exposure to different ad formats (image, video, carousel). - Basic understanding of Google Ads.
