Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Facade Estimator located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Facade Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing quotes, and collaborating with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate and efficient project estimating processes.

Qualifications

• Estimating, Cost Estimation, and Quantity Surveying skills
• Experience with facade systems and architectural openings
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
