FACA Engineer

As a FACA Engineer at our company in Hosur, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in leading failure analysis and corrective actions for CNC operations and anodizing processes. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving, customer engagement, and stakeholder management to maintain world-class quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Failure Analysis (FACA) and conduct root cause investigations following standard methodology. - Drive corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness. - Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to enhance processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle customer interactions effectively. - Ensure process health by conducting Cp/Cpk analysis and focusing on continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: - Hands-on experience in CNC operations. - Knowledge of the Anodizing process. - Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, SPC/SQC, GD&T, and the interpretation of engineering drawings. - Strong analytical skills with exposure to data analysis tools such as Minitab/JMP. - Knowledge of stack-up analysis (mandatory), FMEA (preferred), and Six Sigma (added advantage). Experience & Education: - Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 2-6 years in EMS, Automotive, or relevant manufacturing industries.
