  • Ensure quality checks as per drawings, welding standards, and industry norms.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and QA teams for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor daily fabrication activities, manpower, and material usage.
  • Implement safety practices and ensure timely project execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in transformer/steel fabrication industry.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication machinery, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to handle shop-floor operations and lead a fabrication team.
