A fabrication factory worker is responsible for operating machinery, following blueprints and instructions to cut, shape, and assemble materials, and ensuring that finished products meet quality standards. Other duties may include cleaning and maintaining equipment, inspecting finished products, and assisting with the packaging and shipping of orders. The ideal candidate should have a knowledge of basic fabrication techniques, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
