Fabric Store Executive

Position Title: Fabric Store Executive
Department: Stores / Inventory

Job Purpose:

To manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials, ensuring accuracy in stock records and smooth availability of items for production and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders and challans.
• Follow the work order process and issue raw materials and finished goods as per approved requisitions.
• Update stock registers and ERP sheets daily with accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular stock checks and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store area.
• Coordinate with the Production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of inventory & store management.
• Computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and honesty.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in store operations (preferably in Ethnic garments Firms).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
