Fabric Incharge - Woven

As a Fabric In-Charge-Woven in the Fabric / Production department, your role involves planning, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and ensuring quality control of fabrics. Your primary focus is to guarantee a smooth production flow, maintain quality standards, minimize wastage, and manage inventory efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and inspect fabric according to quality standards - Maintain fabric stock and ensure proper storage following FIFO and shade-wise methods - Issue fabric to cutting/production based on requirements - Control fabric wastage and monitor consumption - Coordinate with production and merchandising teams - Maintain fabric records and generate reports **Qualifications & Skills:** - Diploma / Degree in Textile - Proficiency in fabric inspection and inventory control - Basic understanding of garment production processes In addition to the above, the company offers Provident Fund benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Fabric In-Charge or in a similar role within the textile/garment industry. The work location is in person.
