Job Summary

The Fabric In-Charge is responsible for planning, receiving, inspection, storage, issue, and quality control of fabrics to ensure smooth production flow while maintaining quality standards, minimizing wastage, and ensuring proper inventory control.

Job Title: Fabric In-Charge-Woven

Department: Fabric / Production

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect fabric as per quality standards
• Maintain fabric stock and ensure proper storage (FIFO, shade-wise)
• Issue fabric to cutting/production as per requirement
• Control fabric wastage and monitor consumption
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams
• Maintain fabric records and reports

Qualification & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Textile
• Knowledge of fabric inspection and inventory control
• Basic understanding of garment production

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Fabric In-Charge or in a similar role within the textile/garment industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
