Roles and Responsibilities for Lead Engineer (Next 1–2 Years) Take end-to-end ownership of the development and timely delivery of the Mobile App, incorporating detailed requirements provided by Meet. Lead ongoing development, enhancements, and maintenance of the Ezmaar Software application, ensuring scalability, robustness, and reliability. Drive the management and execution of POS Mobile App development initiatives, guaranteeing seamless integration and optimal performance. Oversee the complete lifecycle of the E-sales Order Mobile App—from development to deployment—with a focus on user experience and operational reliability. Establish, configure, and maintain the GitHub environment to support efficient version control, streamlined CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative workflows for the engineering team. Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and services across both AWS (Amazon Web Services) and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) to ensure high availability, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness for all application deployments. Develop and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date technical documentation for all projects to support effective knowledge sharing and smooth future development. Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades and enhancements to the Ezmaar ERP system, aligning technology solutions with evolving business needs and trends. Lead development and deployment of an Internal Chatbot aimed at improving internal communication and automating routine tasks. Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers, promoting a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, productivity, and strict adherence to quality standards. Junior Graphic Designer (UI/UX Designer): Roles & Responsibilities Overview A Junior Graphic Designer at EzmaarSoft supports the creative direction of digital products and branding initiatives by assisting with the development of visual assets for ERP solutions, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels. This role is fundamental to ensuring brand consistency and a quality user experience across all customer touch-points as the company expands. Providing with 0.25% equity and salary in Qatar Riyal. The salary will start only after we on board 6-7 clients. More details about salary and equity will be shared as a separate document once you are open for the same. Core Responsibilities Visual Asset Creation & Design Support Contribute to the design and production of UI graphics, layouts, icons, and illustrations for ERP, mobile, and web platforms, under the guidance of senior designers and based on project specifications. Assist in preparing presentation materials and design mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and product value. User-Centered Research & Feedback Participate in collecting and synthesizing user feedback via surveys, interviews, usability tests, and analytics to inform digital design strategies and iterate on creative solutions. Help organize user research data for use by senior designers and product teams. Wireframing & Prototyping Build basic wireframes, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and interface states, following direction from design leads. Branding & Visual Consistency Support the application of EzmaarSoft's branding guidelines across all digital assets, ensuring use of correct colors, typography, and imagery. Assist in maintaining and updating design systems, UI kits, and brand asset libraries for consistency across teams. Collaboration & Project Communication Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing specialists, and other cross-functional team members to deliver timely, high-quality design assets. Contribute to project documentation and regularly communicate the status of assigned design tasks. Social Media & Marketing Design Design and adapt creative content—such as social graphics, banners, and short animations—for campaigns and brand promotions under marketing direction. Review social media engagement metrics and iterate on content for improved audience reach. Skills Development & Best Practices Stay up to date with trends and tools in UI/UX, digital illustration, SaaS design, and visual communication, applying new knowledge under the mentorship of senior designers. Seek ongoing feedback and actively participate in team learning sessions. Additional Duties (As Per Growth Stage) Assist with onboarding documentation and process visualizations as the team expands. Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal design workflows and end-user materials. Essential Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, digital product design, and brand implementation. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic prototyping platforms. Effective communication, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to meet creative deadlines. Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and contributing to new product launches and brand campaigns.
