You will play a crucial role as a Senior Business side at EY by contributing to the Regulatory Reporting BAU/Production team. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on multiple workstreams or clients, interacting with stakeholders, and facilitating conversations between Business and Technology. - Preparing and reviewing workpapers with 100% accuracy for filing forms/reports. - Providing technical guidance, project management involvement, and mentoring staff to meet project objectives. - Developing and imparting training on new initiatives, identifying process improvement areas, and promoting automation culture. As a Senior, you are required to have: - Clear communication skills, 4-8 years of experience in BCM or WAM industry, with exposure to US-based asset management or fund administration firms. - A Masters degree in accounting or finance, with experience in Regulatory Reporting, Validations, Reconciliations, General Adjustment processes, and a general understanding of US GAAP. - Versatility in working with Technology platforms, knowledge of WAM domain, capital market products, Risk function deliverables, and Regulatory Reporting platforms. - Exposure to Python or R tool-based analytics, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and US Visa readiness.
