Exports Sales Manager Specialty Chemicals

Role Overview: As an Exports Sales Manager for Specialty Chemicals at Bloomchemag Corporate Office in Noida (India), you will report to the CEO and be responsible for achieving Exports Sales Targets of chosen Specialty Chemicals for assigned products and markets. Your role will involve international sales, new business development, and building strong relationships with key customers. You will also be required to travel for contract negotiations, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely sales and collections. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Annual Operating Plans and achieve sales objectives - Develop strong relations with key customers - Lead exports shipments of Specialty Chemicals products - Define norms for stocks, debtors, and collections adherence - Conduct product-wise Market Research to identify market gaps for new products - Monitor competition and analyze demand-supply balances in target markets - Gather Business Intelligence through secondary research and industry journals - Track competitors through annual reports, balance sheets, and news sources - Support in strategy formulation of the company - Analyze company performance using financial tools - Conduct product-wise financial analysis including sale prices, trends, variances, and quantities - Prepare Business Performance Review (BPR) presentations Qualification Required: - An MBA from a reputed institute - Prior experience in international business, trading, and logistics in petrochemicals/specialty bulk chemicals (added advantage),
