Fasteners Pvt Ltd Job Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana Experience Required: 2 to 7 years Salary Range: INR 40,000 60,000 per month (CTC) Job Description: S. L. Fasteners Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager - Sales (Exports) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market reach internationally, developing strong client relationships, and driving business growth through sales strategies in new and existing markets. Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities in the exports market. • Generate leads and convert them into sales. • Provide client feedback to improve performance. • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction. • Achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks. • Coordinate with the Project, Design, and Production teams. • Ensure timely delivery through coordination with the Supply Chain. • Provide daily sales reports and maintain MIS documentation. • Apply strong judgment in planning and decision-making. • Ensure customer requirements are met with efficiency and professionalism. Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and under pressure. • Knowledge of local languages preferred. • Goal-oriented with a result-driven mindset. • Understanding of Indian and international business environments. • Familiarity with B2B sales, documentation, and export procedures.
