Export Supervisor

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of coordinating with shippers, vendors, and overseas partners for airline bookings. This includes following up on bookings with carriers, maintaining relationships with carriers, and releasing bookings to shippers while coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, and overseas teams. You will be expected to handle TMF bookings, update milestones in accordance with company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure all system updates such as cost accrual and file locking are done timely and accurately. Additionally, you will be involved in AMS & ISF filing, ACI filing as required by specific countries, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for these filings. A crucial aspect of the role will involve pre-alerting clients and overseas teams based on the timeline provided by the company. This includes following up on vendor invoices, approving E-docs in the system as per company processes, and ensuring timely invoicing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for dispatching documents to clients, which includes post-shipment documents and invoice dispatch. Your duties will also involve maintaining dockets, conducting audits, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.,
