Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth areas in international markets for packaging products, such as primary packaging for food or pharma.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and agents.
  • Sales & Negotiations:Handle the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales with international clients.
  • Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in target regions.
  • Compliance & Documentation:Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation standards.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Internal Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, R&D, and marketing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Trade Shows:Participate in international trade shows and conferences to promote products and meet potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like international business or marketing.
  • Experience:Prior experience in international sales or marketing, especially within the packaging industry, is often necessary.
  • Knowledge:Understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and freight forwarding is important.
  • Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for working with international clients and internal teams.
  • Technical Aptitude:Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales software is beneficial for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
