We’re Hiring: Import–Export Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about international trade and skilled in handling import–export operations? We are looking for a dedicated Import–Export Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day import–export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, etc.)

Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and other stakeholders for smooth cargo movement

Communicate with international suppliers and clients via email and calls in professional EnglishTrack shipments and ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate records of all import–export transactions

Assist in preparing MIS reports related to imports and exports

Support compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other statutory requirements

Gender: Female only

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in import–export operations

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with international trade documentation and procedures

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

Ability to work independently and within a team

Education:

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / or equivalent)

Certification/Diploma in Import–Export will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
