Job Description

EXP: 3 TO 5 YEARS

Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage all export/import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents).
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport teams for smooth transit.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for overseas offices, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments, address delays, resolve issues, and provide updates.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in import/export processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized files and records for all transactions and audits.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in preparing export/import documents.
Experience with logistics and supply chain coordination.
Bachelor's degree often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
