Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Export Executive to manage and coordinate all export operations from our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international trade processes, documentation, and regulations, and should be capable of handling shipments, logistics, and client communication independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export operations and documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade laws.
• Prepare export-related MIS reports and maintain shipment records.
• Communicate with international clients and resolve queries professionally.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and clearance.
• Liaise with government authorities, customs agents, and inspection agencies when required.
• Follow up on payments, LC handling, and bank documentation (if applicable).

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in Export/International Trade (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and INCOTERMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (if any).
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Age between 22 to 35 years.
• Candidates must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
