Roles & Responsibilities
Handling Export customers for Technical discussions, providing technical solutions using Starch products for their required specific applications.Responsible for pre & post documentation and preparing export & import invoice, packing list.Meeting the sales target for given markets and Generating ROI.Order Processing Follow up & replying to mails - Existing & New Customers.Mature clients to increase the sales.Call RFQ/ Existing/ New Customers Domestic & International.Creating sales invoice and purchase invoice for the online sales orders.Analyze Market intelligent with all competitors' activities.Responsible for achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation.Sending Introduction Mails/ Calling New Customers
Qualification
MBA Marketing with Malayalam language to speaking will be added advantage
Experience
0 to 4 years of experience in Customer Management or Export Documentation.
