Export Documentation Executive [Freshers can apply]

We are looking for an export documentation executive who can be detail-oriented and ensure smooth export operations and compliance. An initial training session will be provided to familiarize them with the platform and working style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify all export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents as per client and country requirements.
• Ensure documents comply with import/export regulations and standards.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to customers and banks.
• Ensure compliance with government policies, trade agreements, and documentation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, export documentation, and correspondence.
• Update and track shipping schedules and documentation timelines.
• Address and resolve discrepancies or delays in documentation or shipment processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.com/M.com degree or a related field.
• Proven experience in export documentation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
