You have an excellent opportunity with a Japanese MNC for the role of Expert - Outside/Field Sales in Bangalore. The company specializes in providing Press Die Components, Plastic Mold Components, and Mechanical Components for Factory Automation (FA), Machine Tools, and Wiring Components. As an Expert - Outside/Field Sales, your role involves understanding and analyzing market trends, opportunities, competitors, and the company's position. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Tracking and analyzing sales performance to achieve targets, contributing to improving the Division's performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels in Bangalore and nearby regions are key aspects of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, continuously learning to enhance performance, and seeking guidance from the Sales Manager and Director for upholding sales numbers are crucial for success in this role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Field/Outside sales. - Previous experience in Japanese companies/MNCs within the same product line. - Ability to join immediately. - Educational background in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
