Could you be the full-time L3 Engineer in Bangalore we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced Exchange and Microsoft 365 expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, diligent, and supportive teammates. You'll be pivotal in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting hybrid environments that bridge on-premises Exchange servers with Exchange Online. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (UCC & AD L3 team, IT Security, RPA & Automation), design and maintain hybrid Exchange environments and much more. You'll specifically take care of leading mailbox migrations and version upgrades, but also implementing and managing security best practices. We'll look to you for: Designing and maintaining optimal hybrid Exchange environments Leading mailbox migrations and system upgrades Ensuring security and compliance in the email communication infrastructure Proactive monitoring and optimization of system performance Advanced troubleshooting and support for Exchange-related issues Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Degree in B.E, B-Tech, or equivalent Experience of 12+ years in supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise Knowledge of email security, compliance, and PowerShell scripting Familiarity with broader Office 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune Understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and networking principles Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Bangalore if necessary.
