Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic initiatives within the Procurement domain, covering both Direct and Indirect Procurement processes. Your role will involve: - Leading end-to-end program management for procurement-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. - Collaborating with procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions. - Driving the implementation and integration of procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa). - Analyzing and optimizing procurement processes for both direct (raw materials, components) and indirect (services, office supplies) categories. - Managing cross-functional project teams, vendors, and third-party consultants. - Monitoring program performance, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and outcomes. - Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. In addition, you will be involved in AI & Technology-Driven Responsibilities such as: - Identifying opportunities to apply AI/ML technologies to enhance procurement efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. - Leading initiatives involving AI-powered spend analytics and demand forecasting, predictive supplier risk management, automated contract analysis, chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow automation for procurement processes. - Collaborating with data science and IT teams to design, test, and deploy AI-driven procurement solutions. - Evaluating and implementing AI-enabled procurement platforms and tools. - Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in AI, procurement tech, and supply chain innovation. Preferred Qualifications for this role include: - Experience with digital procurement transformation initiatives. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for procurement reporting. - Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI). - Understanding of data governance, model training, and ethical AI practices in procurement.
