As the Head of Business Analysts based in Bangalore, your role involves managing a team of 12 Business Analysts for Trade Innovation projects spanning across Bangalore, Pune, and Manila. Your primary responsibility is to assign individual Business Analysts to Trade Innovation projects based on priorities set by the Product Management Team. **Responsibilities & Deliverables:** - Ensure that all Trade Innovation projects have a Business Analyst assigned to progress detailed specifications for use by the Engineering team. - Review incoming Change requests and L3 issues to collaborate with Development and QA teams on the best approach to address them. - Manage your team's expectations, set objectives, and conduct regular reviews. **Required Experience:** - You should be an experienced BA with 10 to 15 years of experience working in a Bank on Trade Products or at a Financial Software vendor. - Strong people management skills with experience in managing teams of up to 15 resources. - Ability to act as a key interface between the Product Team and Engineering teams. - Proficiency in quickly switching context and engaging with clients to discuss new product features. - Knowledge of software development tools like JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, and basic software languages such as Java, along with UI/UX knowledge, data analytics, and APIs, would be advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager of a team comprising at least 10 resources.
