Experienced/Senior Architect

As an Architect or Designer at Saptak Patel Architects, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading architectural projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as an intermediate person between the principal architect and the office team. - Leading and managing architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines. - Developing design solutions and translating them into architectural plans, drawings, and specifications. - Overseeing and mentoring junior architects and design staff to foster a collaborative work environment. - Coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution. - Providing technical guidance and problem-solving expertise during design, documentation, and construction phases. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Presenting design proposals and progress to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Professional qualification (B. Arch) from an accredited institution with 2-3 years of professional experience. - Working knowledge of standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in building and facilities construction. - Experience in project management and client-facing roles. - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing. - Proficiency in three-dimensional modeling software. - Experience with rendering software. - Proficiency in CAD software is essential.
