Experienced Sales Man

Role Overview: As a Salesman at the showroom specializing in men's and women's clothing, your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service while driving sales. You should be customer-focused, energetic, and have a passion for fashion. Your role will involve greeting customers, providing product information, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and organized. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers upon their arrival and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. - Provide detailed information about products, including fabrics, sizes, fitting, and style recommendations. - Stay informed about current fashion trends, promotions, and store policies. - Assist customers with try-ons, suggest sizes, and help coordinate wardrobes. - Meet individual and showroom sales targets. - Maintain the showroom's visual appeal by ensuring it is clean and organized. - Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS). - Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve complaints effectively. - Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure proper tagging and pricing. - Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Knowledge of fashion trends and fabrics. - Familiarity with inventory management and point of sale systems.
