Experienced FullStack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role as a core team member in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience who is enthusiastic about taking ownership of the entire tech stack. Your responsibilities will involve building, scaling, and enhancing real software solutions that are integral to the operations of care homes. In this role, you will be actively involved in both frontend and backend development. This includes tasks such as developing APIs, managing infrastructure, and improving user-facing dashboards and reports. The technologies you will be working with include Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Jotai, Firebase, Recharts for frontend, and Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Sequelize, PostgreSQL for backend. Additionally, you will utilize tools like Docker, Firebase Auth/Storage, Sentry, OpenAI API, Jest, and Playwright. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs using Express, managing data models and migrations with Sequelize and PostgreSQL, integrating third-party tools such as Firebase Auth, Firebase Storage, OpenAI API, and Sentry, writing comprehensive tests using Jest, Testcontainers, and Playwright, building responsive and accessible UIs with React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn-based components, managing data using Axios, React Query, and Jotai, creating interactive reports and dashboards with Recharts, and collaborating with the team using Git and a Docker-based development environment. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong proficiency in TypeScript across the stack, hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and Sequelize, solid frontend skills using React, Next.js, and modern UI tools, familiarity with Firebase authentication, OpenAI API, and Sentry, the ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable code, knowledge of Docker, Git workflows, and API-first development, and ideally experience with PDF/CSV parsing, accessibility features, or reporting tools. This is a full-time permanent position with a work timing of 6:30 pm to 2:30 am in a remote work setting.
