Location: Prem Nagar, Ambala City

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our growing nutraceuticals team in Ambala City. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and explain our range of nutraceutical products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing comprehensive information and addressing customer questions regarding product benefits, usage, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits, guiding customers through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience as a Telecaller specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with a clear, confident, and persuasive tone.
• Personality: Presentable with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using standard office applications (MS Office).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare terminology and sales processes is a significant advantage.
• Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed calling and sales targets.
• Local Candidate: Must be able to commute easily to Prem Nagar, Ambala City.

Work Details:

• Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Location: Prem Nagar, Ambala City
