Role Overview: You will be joining the Adobe Express Design team as an Experience Designer, where you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless, end-to-end user experiences that are scalable, reusable, and inclusive. Your focus will be on shaping the future of video-based storytelling by rethinking workflows and unlocking new creative possibilities for users. Adobe Express is dedicated to helping various individuals create standout content quickly and easily, and your role will involve empowering users to bring their ideas to life beautifully and effortlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Own and build design impact by creating intuitive experiences for users to build outstanding video-based content, improving workflows, conceptualizing new features, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. - Collaborate and strategize with other designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to envision future product features grounded in user research and data. - Investigate and iterate by partnering closely with the user research team to test prototypes, capture insights, and integrate findings into iterations to enhance existing experiences and explore new opportunities. - Approach problems holistically by defining patterns and frameworks that can scale across multiple use cases and platforms. - Embrace agility and uphold high quality standards by designing experiences aligned with product goals, priorities, and timelines, coordinating multiple projects to completion, and promoting the adoption of user experience guidelines. Qualifications Required: Must Haves: - Passion for designing intuitive workflows and at least 2 years of relevant design experience. - Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field with a strong foundation in design. - Ability to present design decisions concisely and confidently to cross-functional leaders and partners, explaining how they address problems and support business objectives. - Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar software, along with experience in design systems. - Openness to act on design feedback in a rapid iterative design process and strength in creating both lo-fidelity prototypes and hi-fidelity concepts for user testing. Nice to Haves: - Experience working with global teams across different time zones. - Interest in staying updated on current interaction patterns and experience design trends. - Knowledge of video editing workflows and familiarity with products like Premiere Rush, Capcut, Splice, Edits, etc. - Desire to go beyond pixels, showcasing curiosity and breadth as a creative individual.
