EY MENA PC DT is looking for a People Consulting Design Theatre Facilitator (Senior Consultant/Supervising Associate) to join their team. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders to create and deliver best-in-class innovation experiences. Your responsibilities will include understanding session objectives, managing all aspects of an experience before, during, and after the session, and ensuring a seamless execution of the session. To excel in this role, you should have several years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting or creative environment. You should also possess the ability to navigate challenging situations in real-time. Exposure to innovation and design thinking methodologies would be an added advantage.
