Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expediting Lead, located in Noida. The Expediting Lead will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project execution. Duties include tracking and monitoring order progress, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining thorough documentation. The Expediting Lead will also develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement and expediting processes.

Qualifications

? Engineering graduate (or equivalent)

? Strong background in procurement & expediting

? Experience with ERP systems & MS Office

? Excellent communication & negotiation skills

?Knowledge of technical and contractual aspects in EPC/industrial projects (experience in desalination or oil & gas is a plus)

?Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management software

?Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
