Exhibition Executive/ Exhibition Organizer

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of exhibitions. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the overall theme, concept, and objectives of the exhibition. You will be involved in researching, selecting, and negotiating with venues to ensure smooth logistics for exhibitors and attendees. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and adhering to the exhibition budget, managing expenses, and tracking revenue. Your role will also involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract exhibitors and attendees. This includes utilizing various channels such as advertising, social media, and email campaigns. Building and managing relationships with exhibitors, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction will be a key aspect of your daily tasks. After the exhibition, you will be tasked with evaluating its success, identifying areas for improvement, and generating reports to inform future events.
