As a Director at a leading Big4 India practice firm based in Mumbai, your primary role will involve leading teams in various M&A pre- and post-deal activities. You will directly contribute to clients by assisting them with planning and execution elements in deal/M&A PMI IT scenarios. Your responsibilities will include supporting business development by developing new business in areas such as Diligence, integration, carve-out, and synergy assessment. You will lead and work on proposals, thought leadership, and other practice initiatives. Additionally, you will build and lead a team for the Financial Services Community of Practitioners (CoP) and support in training the team across various Financial Services M&A capabilities. Regarding integration and carve-out support, you will need to understand the integration or carve-out vision and strategy outlined in the deal objectives. You will work with C-suite executives, internal stakeholders, and business partners to identify guiding principles, evaluate deal feasibility, assess business capabilities, and identify operational issues and risks.
