As a Financial Due Diligence professional focusing on private equity, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial assessments and analyses. Your key duties will involve evaluating investment opportunities, assessing risks, and providing recommendations to stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in client interactions, particularly with Indian clients, requiring strong communication skills and a client-centric approach. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a solid background in private equity, with experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) core activities. Being a client-facing role, it is essential to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients. We value individuals who are proactive, outgoing, and possess a high level of intelligence in their approach to tasks. A successful applicant should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or an MBA.
