About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Perform pre-call analysis to assess claim status and required actions 2. Call insurance providers to seek medical and insurance claim status 3. Conduct post-call analysis and take necessary actions as per client protocols 4. Handle denials, rejections, and AR follow-ups with a strong understanding of denial management 5. Apply knowledge of modifiers, CPT, and ICD codes to ensure accurate claim processing 6.
