About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Review and monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances 2. Follow up with insurance companies and patients regarding unpaid claims and outstanding balances 3. Investigate and resolve denials, underpayments, and billing issues 4. Process appeals and reconsiderations for denied or underpaid claims 5. Generate aging reports and analyze AR aging to identify delinquencies and trends 6. Communicate with patients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation 8. Collaborate with the billing and coding team to ensure accurate claim submissions 9. Provide regular updates and reports to management on AR status and performance metrics 10.
