Key Responsibilities: ProvideL2/L3 technical supportfor all hospital applications, ensuring minimal downtime and fast issue resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve application/database-related incidents reported by clinical and non-clinical users. Work closely with application vendor and internal IT teams for issue escalation and application patch management. Perform regularMS SQL database health checks, backups, optimization, and performance tuning. Write and maintainSQL scripts, queries, and stored proceduresfor data extraction and reporting. Participate inUAT (User Acceptance Testing)for application upgrades and deployments. Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
