Executive/Manager - Digital Marketing

You are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to join the team with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially in Social Media, Facebook, and Google Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging digital platforms to drive business growth and enhance brand presence. Your skills and abilities should include a good knowledge of Google Ads/Facebook Ads and Social Media Marketing. You will manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and develop/implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement. Key responsibilities will involve running and optimizing PPC campaigns, analyzing ad performance, managing social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google), launching optimized online advertisements through platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook to enhance company and brand awareness, and designing/implementing lead generation campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and social media focusing on home buyers. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing with proven experience executing digital campaigns. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management software is essential.
