Your Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales

• Drive store performance by delivering an unforgettable luxury experience.
• Create deep customer relationships through client Eling, CRM, and follow-ups.
• Champion a sales-driven culture while keeping service at the heart of every interaction.

Store Ownership & Operations

• Own the daily operations of the storethink of it as your place.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, security, and cash procedures.
• Ensure the store is immaculate and aligned with brand aesthetics at all times.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and elegance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and nurture future leaders.

What You Bring:

• 46 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (jewelry or luxury a big plus).
• An entrepreneurial mindsetyou run the store like its your own.
• An eye for detail that never misses anything.
• Deep respect for customer relationships and long-term service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with retail systems (POS, CRM, inventory tools).
