Executive/Assistant Manager - Legal Entity Controller

As part of the Financial Management, People and Engagement team, you will focus on preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, and driving process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis - Produce monthly and quarterly reports for business unit subsidiaries - Liaise with business teams and external auditors to efficiently manage queries and deliverables within specified timeframes - Maintain integrity of financial records, compliance, and financial control standards - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and accounting practices Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate accounting qualification, CA or CPA - 2-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting services - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a virtual global team and manage cross-border relationships - Experience in financial services, financial accounting, and statutory reporting in a service industry environment - Customer-centric approach with the ability to build relationships with various peers and stakeholders Additional Details: Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) at Macquarie provides a single interface across key areas of people, strategy, communications, and financial management.
