Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to supermarkets and retail outlets to promote and sell company products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and purchasing departments.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and visibility at outlets.
• Collect payments as per the agreed timelines and follow up for outstanding dues.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily visit summaries to the reporting manager.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel daily to different outlets within the assigned area.
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and payment collection procedures.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
