Executive - Web Development

Role Overview: As a Web Developer at GladOwl, a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to implement a complete user interface for mobile and desktop web applications, focusing on performance. Your duties will include creating modules and components, testing them, and integrating them into a functional app. A thorough understanding of all platform components and infrastructure is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, Javascript, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Nodejs, JQuery, XML, Wordpress (mandatory) etc. - Good knowledge of PHP with expertise in Core PHP; familiarity with MVC frameworks is advantageous. - Ability to tackle complex programming challenges and adhere to project timelines with high quality and coding standards. - Demonstrated capability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines without constant supervision. - Developing self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. - Building efficient, scalable, and reusable PHP modules. - Understanding platform responsibilities, database management, API integration, caching layer, proxies, and other web services utilized in the system. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in web development. - Strong communication skills and professionalism. - Support and enhance existing and new solutions critical for customer operations. - Knowledge of web application security protocols. - Experience in feature-oriented development. - Proficiency in writing non-blocking code and implementing advanced techniques like multi-threading when necessary. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Self-starter with excellent communication abilities.,
