Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant at the International Supplier of Gift Wrap and Stationery, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain the Director's calendar effectively. You will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, handling incoming correspondence, compiling data for reports and presentations, and assisting in the preparation of business documents. Additionally, you will be coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining confidential files, providing support to special projects, and performing general office duties.
